Our holiday party will also be our clay challenge: Luminaries. Bring your luminaries to show and tell. We'll have a place to set them up, whether candle or electrically powered. We can use some of them for centerpieces as well. We'll also have a gift exchange! Bring a wrapped piece of your pottery that you're proud of - no seconds pease! And of course food - our Guild throws a great potluck! Sign up below for your contribution and a few other things related to the luminaries. We should be able to see how many luminaries need electricity, and therefore how many power strips needed. This is an in-person meeting at the Rancho Ventura (a gated 55+ community) clubhouse in Ventura. The community's gate will be open from 1:30 - 3:30 for our event. As you come into the community, the clubhouse is straight ahead. There are 4 small parking areas around the clubhouse, as well as street parking everywhere, as long as you don't block a driveway or fire hydrant. Consider carpooling to ease up on the parking spaces. |
