Come help at the 2017 CFMS-AFMS Show, from Wednesday June7 through Sunday, June 11, 2017. Volunteering is fun, and you get to meet like-minded people. Volunteers get free show admission and free parking. Please read the volunteer page at the show website for more info. We start setting up on Wednesday and knock off around 6pm. On Thursday we continue while the dealers move in and exhibitors set up their displays, and go until 10 pm. Friday and Saturday, we go until activities end in the evening. On Sunday after the show closes at 4, we break down everything and pack it all up and stay until the job is done. Club Central is a special booth for introducing the public to your club. Sign up for your society, and we'll be in touch with more information. Please indicate in "item" when you can help out in general terms, for instance, all day, morning, afternoon, evening. Use "details" for any other information we might want to know about (for instance if you are big and strong, have back problems, etc.) Be aware of when other people have signed up so you can fill in the blanks. We will contact you and put you to work where needed. |
